1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

9. Account Suspension and Termination

2fd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 2fd77 reasonably determines that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been used for any prohibited activity described in Section 8; (c) the account holder fails to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe; (d) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or (e) 2fd77 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
